Quiescent amplification components bring the Physics of Quiet system thinking into the electronics at the centre of a high-performance audio system.
Our products are designed around a single proposition: music is most convincing when the system is not adding energy of its own. In the amplifiers, that idea is applied at component level through power-supply design, mechanical control, grounding behaviour, EMI/RFI management and carefully specified signal paths.
The same thinking extends across Quiescent power, interconnect, speaker connection, and component grounding products. Used individually, they address specific sources of loss. Used together, they create a quieter, more stable environment for the electronics and loudspeakers to work from.
Power Amplifiers
Quiescent amplification includes the T100SPA stereo power amplifier, and the T100MPA mono power amplifier, each designed as part of the same low-noise system architecture. Vibration, grounding behaviour and EMI/RFI management are deployed extensively throughout the range, so musical information is preserved before it is masked by electrical or mechanical noise. This wide-band approach sits alongside established audio engineering practice, including research published by the Audio Engineering Society.
The result is not an imposed house sound. It is a quieter foundation for the system, allowing recordings to emerge with greater stability, scale and low-level detail.
Building the Quiescent System
A revealing system depends on more than the audio components alone. Mains quality, cable behaviour, speaker interface and component grounding can all affect the noise floor and the stability of the signal. Quiescent’s supporting ranges are designed to address these points without changing the character of the music.
Peak products provide a direct route into the Quiescent approach. Apex products are intended for systems where the interface between components must be treated with the same seriousness as the electronics themselves.
